analysing the good old days

word would of been useful to them because they can type up all the information that was said at a meeting and forward it on to people who werent present at the time. word allows diagrams and speech to show your explanation so you could use in any way you like to make sure that the information is adequite. excel allows you to show diagrams and graphs. spreadsheets can be used to store information for instructive and make it easier to read.

word is a lot more efficient than a standard pen and paper writing because you can write a lot quicker and a lot more in that space of time. also it doesnt hurt you hand after a lot of pages. you can type more efficiently.

spreadsheets would be good to use because if you have a number scenario then the formulas will automatically be done for you. this saves time and doesnt need someone who is talented at maths.

tpyists in court would not be needed as much because somebody could just type it up later that day if they record the procedure. this would mean that spell check and everything would be covered.

new job opportunities will generate up for people that could use these programs so that they would enter the data correctly and make sure everything was working the right way so that the numbers would not be worked out wrong. these programs are very easy to use and navigate so even someone with bad GCSE's would be able to use them correctly.
